How to book apartment online?

Once you have chosen the apartment you prefer find the "Booking Form" below its description. Fill it. If you would like to check availability of a few apartments, please, place their codes into the form. It will save your time as you won't fill forms for each apartment. We receive your forms and check availability of each requested apartments. Then you will receive an e-mail within 12 hours as to the availability of the chosen apartment(s).
IMPORTANT: the availability information is valid for the moment it is sending. Apartment can be taken by some one else within a few hours or a day after you get the payment links.
Please, provide payment as soon as you get the payment links. If you are not willing to pay shortly, then there is no reason to check availability. The availability info is valid during the short term after you get it. Another customer may book this apartment while you delay the payment.

When will I get my booking confirmation?

Apartment is booking as soon as deposit is placed. We block your dates after the payment arrives and send the Booking Confirmation message to the you.
Booking confirmation message is very important. It includes all the details about apartment: its address, telephone number, WiFi passwords, etc. Also you'll find there the detailed calculation of the Balance that should be paid on the arrival.

What should I do if my plans changed and I visit at the other dates?

At this situation another (new) booking is required. Deposit is not refunding, sorry. If the dates are changing for a few days only, then there is a chance to use same deposit. Please, contact us as soon as you know for sure about the new dates and we'll do our best at the certain situation.

How can I cancel my booking?

You have to inform us by email if possible, at office@odessa-apartments.com. If you cancel booking a month or less term before arrival, then deposit is non refundable. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions

How can I pay a deposit? Do you take credit cards?

Deposit has to be placed up front for booking apartment. You can pay it with your credit card on the links that we send in reply to the filled Booking Form. For more information, please refer to our Payment options.

Where or to whom will I have to pay the balance?

If you order Airport transportation, the Check in manager will take you directly into apartment. Please, pay him the balance and get receipt.
If you do not order our transportation from the airport, please, come into our office for payments and keys. All our apartments and our office are located at the small area of the city center and it takes up to 5 minutes to walk to any apartment that are presented at our site.

Will I have the receipt?

Yes, certainly. You receive it as soon as you pay the Balance.

When I get the apartment address?

Apartment full address, telephone number, common entrance code, WiFi password and other detailed information about apartment is sending with the Booking confirmation message after deposit is paid.

How do I find the apartment?

If you order our airport transportation, our check in manager takes you directly into apartment. If you do not need our airport transportation, please, come to our Office.
Please, pay the Balance, get your receipt and we'll take you into apartment. All apartments are at the walking distance from our office.

How will I get a key?

If we meet you at the airport, the check in manager will have the keys. If you come from the airport yourself, get the keys at our office.

When the apartments are cleaning?

Please, find the info as to the frequency of the apartments cleaning at the certain apartment profile. Most apartments are cleaning once a week. It means that you get the current cleaning only if you stay for more than a week.
LUXURY apartments are normally cleaning daily. We do it at the afternoon and your presence is not necessary.

Are the apartments safe?

Yes, sure. There was an exception however. Once our client met a street prostitute and invited her to stay with him at the apartment. After a few days he was robbed by her friends at night when he slept. So, please, do not place yourself into a dangerous situations!

What is the time of check-in? Can I check-in earlier?

The standard check in time is 13:30 or any time after that. The earlier check in is possible in some cases and it can be known a day before arrival.
If you would like the guaranteed early check in, we'll have to book the previous night for you. At this case you have to pay that extra night.

What time is the checkout? Can I checkout later?

The standard check out time is 12:00 or any time earlier. At some cases the later check in is possible. It may be provided if we do not have the other customer for the same day check in OR if he arrives late at night.
For the guaranteed late check out you can book the next night and we won't accept any other person for that night.

Where will I store my bags after checkout?

If you would like to spend a couple hours after check out at the city, you could place your luggage at our office. We are open until 16:00.

Who will pick me up and where?

Our English speaking check in manager will wait for you at the airport, right near the door of the Customs area. He'll keep a sign with our company name and the customer's name. So, please, look around as soon as you cross that door. Remember, that you only may find the manager, he can only wait for you to recognize your name at the sign.

What if my plane is delayed?

It would be great if you inform us about delay calling one of our telephone numbers. You get them at the bottom of each message that we send you.

Does the the apartment rent fee include the airport transportation?

Airport transportation is FREE of charge if the term of stay is 6 or more nights. For more information, please refer to Transfers
