This apartment is located at the historical building with the really cute court yard (see the photo). Windows of this apartment overlook that yard. It's so nice and quiet there! Apartment is at the Ground floor. Deribasovskaya street is in 6 minutes of walk. It is marked with the pink circles at our map location. Our office - with the green circle.

This is small, but very cute apartment of the total area 35 sq meters. After entering it and passing the hall you get into the living room with the folding sofa, table and large plazma TV. TherГі is a bar table there with the electric tea-pot, cups, dishes, spoons and forks, etc. Refrigerator is at the hall. So, it is possible to make a simple breakfast there only.

C rossing the next door at the living room you get into bedroom with the King size bed and from the bedroom you can get into bathroom with the shower cabin.
