Apartment is located at the 4th floor (the Westerner would call it "3rd") of the building situated at the corner of 2 Boulevards: Shevchenko and Gagarina, at the recreation area of Odessa. If you drive by Shevchenko Blvd to the right side, you get to Deribasovskaya street in approximately 12 minutes. If you drive to the opposite direction - in 7-8 minutes you get to Arcadia place that is the center of Odessa night life and a nice beach at the same time.

The closest beaches are Otrada and Dolphin. It'd take up to 15 minutes to walk to Dolphin beach (to be near the water). You can walk there by Kirpichnyi Lane (see at the map). The closests beaches are marked with the pink color circles.

This simple but well done and equipped apartment has 2 rooms (living room and a bedroom), separate kitchen and a bathroom. There is a Queen size bed at the bedroom and the pull out leather couch at the living room. The hot water comes from the own electric heater, so, there is no problem as to hot water ever there.
