3rd floor of the building, loacted at the down town, at the corner of streets Novoselskogo and Konnaya (see the map location on the right as one of the photos). There is a large market near the apartment called "Novyi" or "New" in English. However at 2012 it will 200 years :) It'd take 10-15 minutes to walk to Deribasovskaya or 5 minutes to drive there either by car or by mini bus.

This is a really nice apartment of the total area 80 ûé meters has a spacious living room-studio and 2 bedrooms. The entrance into one bedroom is from the common hall, into the other bedroom - from the living room. There are also 2 bathrooms at this apartment: one with the wc and wash basin only, the other one equipped in full including jaccuzy bath tub. Except the amenities listed below, it has 3 TV sets, 2 airconditioners, DVD karaoke. Water filters also will make your stay much easier as you won't have to carry bottles with water from the supermarket.
