8th floor of the newly built modern building with nice elevators. It is clean, the common entrance has a security system. The building is located close to Shevchenko park and Langerone beach. It is at the same time t5he down town area and it would take 5-6 minutes to drive to Deribasovskaya street oГЄ 15 minutes to walk there. Public transportation in Odessa is perfectly organized and easy to use. Our office is marked with the green circle on Deribasovskaya street, the closest beaches - with the dark yellow circles.

This really spacious (75 sq meters) and nice apartment has a special highest quality interior. There are 2 large rooms there, kitchen and a bathroom. Also there is a balcony there.
