3rd floor that the Westerner would call "2nd floor" of the old historical building, located at the very heart of Odessa, at the small street that connects with Deribasovskaya street (you'll find the "Steak House" at that cross of Gavannaya and Deribasovskaya streets. It takes just 2-3 minutes to walk to Deribasovskaya from the apartment. The main Deribasovskaya street and our office are marked with the green color circles at the Map location (see photos on the right).

Description:

This is a simple, but nice and modern apartment of the total area 50 squire meters was totally renovated at 2009. There are 2 rooms there: bedroom with the Queen size bed, wardrobe and the living room - studio with the easy pull out couch that makes another Queen size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. In adedition to the list of amenities (see below), there are 2 TV sets there and the water filter that makes life easier as there is no need to bring heavy bottles of drinking water to the apartment. There is a shower cabin at the bathroom.
