This apartment is situated on the 7th floor of a new house with speedy comfortable lifts. The house is located in the city center. 5-7 minutes walking and you are in Shevchenko Park. 10-12 minutes and you are walking along the main street of the city – Deribasovskaya street (marked with a pink color on the map) with all its cafes, restaurants, shops and entertaining places. It will take you about 15 minutes walking to Chornomorets stadium, Dolphinariun Nemo, Lanzheron beach.
