This apartment is situated in an ancient house located in the very beginning of Deribasovskaya Street with windows and balconies facing the seaport. There is monument for Joseph Deribas (one of the founders of Odessa) near the house the founder of Odessa

A large roomy apartment of 150 square meters area is very comfortable for big companies, or group of colleagues traveling together or coming to Odessa to some seminar, or conference. There are 4 separate rooms with entrance from the hall to each of the rooms. So the apartment is comfy even for 4 people and even 5 couples. Every room has queen size bed and one room has extra pull out sofa. Though prices for more than 4 people are higher as so as the prices indicated on this page are for 3-4 people.

There are 4 TVs and 3 conditioners. Two balconies are with the view to Odessa port and the Black Sea.

The kitchen dining room is separate too and equipped with all necessary household appliances. There is a big dining table with chairs.
The bathroom has Jacuzzi with a built-in shower, a washbasin and a flush toilet.
