This apartment is situated in one of the most beautiful ancient houses of Odessa located at the corner of Deribasovskaya Street and Vice-Admiral Zhukov lane. The entrance to the arch of the house is “guarded” by two Atlantes. World famous “Gambrinus” is situated in this very house. From your windows you can see the monument to famous Leonid Utesov, monument to famous chair from “Twelve chairs”. You can also listen a brass band or symphonic orchestra playing in the City Garden and you can see it from the windows of the apartment.
This apartment is situated in an ancient and beautiful Odessa house with high ceilings and 140 square meters which includes: a spacious 26 square meters living room; a separate kitchen linked with the living room by the arch and having 16 square meters; 3 separate bedrooms and a bathroom.
Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the other bedroom has a pull out sofa. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room and in total it gives comfort-sleeping places for 4 couples.
The bathroom has a big bathtub with a built-in shower.
There is one TV in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms.
When you enter the apartment you are in the corridor to the right of it there is a bathroom, to the left is wardrobe room. Further by the corridor there are 2 bedrooms: one on the left and the other on the right side. Straight ahead there is the entrance to the living room and there is also the way to the other bedroom from here and open arch entrance to the kitchen.
The apartment is light with the windows facing to both sides of the house: to Deribasovskaya street and City Garden and to the Vice-Admiral Zhukov lane.
