This apartment is situated on the 7th floor of an ancient house located in the very center of Odessa city – at the corner of Grecheskaya and Rishelyevskaya streets just in 2 minutes walking from Deribasovskaya, shopping mall “Afina”, many shops, cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy your time in Odessa.
It takes about 5-6 minutes to the sea by car and 15-20 minutes to Arcadia area.

This is totally new, large and comfortable apartment with a special design project of the renovation made in 2012 using high quality and pure ecological materials. The apartment also has rich furniture.

The apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms and a studio. When entering the apartment we are in the studio living room (30 square meters). The studio living room has 2 areas: kitchen area with fitted furniture, household appliances and cutlery; the living room area has a leather pull out sofa, coffee table, 2 leather poufs, LCD TV, a music center.

Having crossed the living room we are in one more corridor with entrances to the bedrooms and bathroom.
One bedroom has a queen size bed with orthopedic mattress, commode and there is also a balcony; the other bedroom also has a queen size bed with orthopedic mattress, fitted wardrobe, TV and cable television.
The combination bathroom has a standard bathtub. There is also an autonomous heating system and hat water supply.
