This apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a 3-storied ancient building with massive walls and high ceilings. The yard is closed. There is a garage for 2 cars. The gates are automatic. This mansion is located in the resort area very close to the sea and not far from the city center. It takes about 5 minutes walking to the beach and 20-25 minutes to Deribasovskaya street (marked with the pink color at our Map) or you can take a ride with a car about 7-8 minutes.

This spacious 160 square meters apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed), a huge living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen dining room and 2 bathrooms. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. So the apartment can accept 4 couples at one time. One of the bathrooms has a shower unit, a washbasin and a flush toilet is common for the whole apartment and the other bathroom is attaching one of the bedrooms (with a wooden bed and the walls with stripes. And this bathroom has Jacuzzi, a flush toilet and a shower toilet.
