The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the house located in Pushkinskaya Street. A Black sea hotel, railway station, the famous Pryvoz market are very close. It will take you about 15 minutes walking to Deribasovkaya street – the main street of Odessa city – or you can take a bus which drives you there for 5 minutes. The apartment is also close to Otrada nad Lanzheron beach. It will take you about 12-15 minutes walking there or several minutes by #2 trolleybus or a bus.

An amazing, new, modern spacious apartment of 80 square meters consists of 2 separate rooms with the entrances to them from the common hall, and also a separated well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There is one more small room (6 square meters) with a pull out sofa and an ironing board and an iron, of course. So this room can be used as one more sleeping place. This room is clean and cozy but without any window.
