This apartment is situated on the 1st floor located in one of the shortest streets of Odessa in the very center of city near Sobrnoya square and the corner of Preobrazhenskaya and Bunina street. You can take a walk along the lively Prebrazhenskaya street near Sobornaya square and in 5minutes you are at the beginning of Deribasovskaya street and City Garden which is one of the favourite places Odessa people.

A nice small apartment with a recent renovation made with love and warmth. And you can feel it when you are there. The apartment is divided into 2 parts - almost separated areas: a bedroom is connected with kitchen with an arch that can be hidden with a beautiful curtain. The kitchen is small but comfy and has all necessary staff: furniture, a gas oven, a fridge, a washing machine, and microwave oven. There is a cozy pull out sofa, which can be used as one more sleeping place. The bathroom has a shower unit.
