The 11th floor of elite house called Marseille located in a peaceful but amazing area of Odessa over the very slope sliding to the sea and Otrada beach, which is one of the best on Odessa coast. This area is also quite close to the central part of Odessa. It is actually situated in the half way from the Odessa central street Deribasovskaya and Arcadia – one of the most popular vacation destinations.

A luxurious roomy apartment of 100 square meters consists of a studio living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When entering the apartment you are in the corridor on the right from which is the way to the living room and one bathroom with a shower unit, wash basin and flush toilet. There is a pull out sofa and wide screen LCD in the living room and there is an entrance to one of the bedrooms.
There is a kitchen area fully equipped with all necessary household appliances. Crossing the living room we go further to another bathroom with Jacuzzi, built in shower unit, a washbasin, flush toilet and washing machine. A way to the other bedroom is right over.
There are 2 balconies with entrances from the bedrooms. There are air conditioners in the both bedrooms.
