This apartment is located at the 2nd floor (the Westerner would call it "1st floor") of the beautiful historical building, just fully restored the piece of arts. Actually Sadovaya street is a part of Deribasovskaya, just the nbame changes after the street crosses Preobrazhenskaya street. At the first years after foundation of Odessa the whole street called Sadovaya because there were 3 beautiful gardens there. After the death of De Ribas - one of the foundators of this city thet part of Sadovaya was named Deribasovskaya in honour to this person.
