A beautiful apartment in Gogolya Street 5 has an amazing view to the sea, a boulevard, and historical bridge. The second floor of the house on the corner of Gogolya Street and Zhvanetskiy Boulevard, which is the continuation of the Prymorskiy Boulevard both stretching along the Odessa slopes running to the sea. It is about 7-8 minutes walking to Deribasovskaya along a beautiful Gogolya Street and its continuation Gvannaya Street. The location of the apartment is quite unique as so as it is a central part of the city and there is a beautiful view of the sea.

Description:

A huge apartment of 200 square meters with high ceilings. When entering the apartment we are in a hall than moving to a dinning room with a kitchen area separated with a glass divider and dinning area with a big table and chairs. Then we go to a living room with a cozy sofa and armchairs. Going further fro the living room into corridor with 3 rooms on the left side: an office 10m2, a bedroom 15m2 with a pull out sofa, conditioner and a 28m2 bedroom with a pull out sofa, conditioner and an amazing open-view to the sea. There are stairs leading from the living room to the second level. There are 2 bedrooms. The first one is a bedroom 15m2 for children. It is on the right. There is an entrance to the bathroom from this bedroom and entrance to a wardrobe area 6m2. There is also a conditioner there. The second bedroom of 17m2 has a conditioner and entrance to the bathroom 10m2 with Jacuzzi and also a wardrobe of 8m2.
The apartment is equipped with the following house appliances: 4 conditioners, cable TV, Internet, Wi-Fi, DVD, a kettle, an iron, a hair-drier, microwave oven.
The apartment has just been settled for rent. So there will be some additional refresh like curtains, TVs, some design refreshing. The maximum amount of visitors is 8, but it is better if there will be not more than 4-5 not to make so crowd.
