Ground floor of the newly built house (2 floors totally), located at the court yard at the down town of Odessa (see the Map location on the right - the last photo at the row). It is close to all most popular places for the guests: RailWay station, famouse Privoz - one of the biggest food markets in Europe and... beaches! It'd take up to 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to Otrada beach. The closest beaches are marked with the pink color circles at our map. Deribasovskaya street is also marked with the pink color and our office at it - with the green circle.

This nice apartment has two separated rooms: living room with the pull out sofa and a bedroom with the Queen size bed. The entrances into each of mentioned rooms are from the hall, so, two persons and even 2 couple will have a good privacy staying at this apartment. Kitchen is also separate there with the entrance fromk the same hall. It is fully equipped, new, clean and nice. Bathroom has a bath tub and integrated shower.
