Location:
Located on the 3rd floor in the Ukrainian style of counting floors, that is equal to the 2nd floor in the Western style of counting. It is the old building that is a piece of art history from the 19th century.
The common entrance is for 2 apartments only, it is completely restored, is nice, safe and clean. All stairs at the common entrance are marble, from 19th century! It is very clean, there are flowers at the windows.
Sadovaya street is the continuation of Deribasovskaya and it takes 2 minutes to walk there. Next door of the apartment building there is a very popular Mario's restaurant, shops, beauty saloons, a few banks, etc. There is a video and audio security system at the apartment. You can see at the screen your friends ringing the down stairs door and to unlock it from your apartment as there is a special electric lock there.
The main Deribasovskaya street (the very center of Odessa) is marked with the pink color strip at our Map location on the right.

Living room and one of two bedrooms designed in an Asian Palace style, another bedroom is spacious and designed in the French style. There is King size beds in each bedroom. Floors at the hall, kitchen and bathroom are warming in winter, it brings a great pleasure after walking on the cold and windy streets.
There is a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard at the French bedroom with another large balcony from the living room overlooking Sadovaya street. It's really a pleasure to have a cup of coffee sitting there in the morning. This apartment has a full maid service.
When staying at this room you get 10% discount card for the popular restaurant Irish Pub, located at Deribasovskaya str. #13, in 2 blocks to your apartment, at the main street. There are a lot of guests from different countries any time of the year and you can find new friends there!
