Location of this apartment is extremely favorable. The 2nd floor that is equal to the 1st floor at the Western style of counting floors of the building, located at the very heart of Odessa, on Deribasovskaya street. Windows and a balcony overlook the courtyard. It is very close to all famous Odessa entertainments and sights. Restaurants are at every other door here, supermarkets, banks, night clubs, are in a few meters!
