This apartment is situated on the 3d floor of an ancient house вЂ“ listed building вЂ“ with high ceilings, light spacious rooms, wonderful aura. The common entrance has been recently renovated and has marble stairs. The house is located at the corner of Uspenskaya Street and Alexandrovskyy Avenue. It takes about 12-14 minutes walking through central Odessa to the very heart of Odessa - Deribasovskaya Street.

A huge 150 square meters apartment with high ceilings вЂ“ 4,5 meters is situated in a beautiful ancient house in the central part of Odessa.
The apartment roomsвЂ™ disposition is very convenient for a big company to live in as so as all the rooms are separate. Having entered the apartment we are in a big long corridor: the door to the right is the way to the studio living room with kitchen dining room and 50 square meters area where you can find soft comfy leather sofa and chairs, dinner table with chairs, kitchen with all necessary household appliances, bar counter. The sofa can be transferred and used as a comfy queen size bed.

Further by the corridor to the right we see 4 doors: the entrances to 3 separate bedrooms and the entrance to the bathroom with standard bathtub and built-in shower in the end.
The last door by the corridor is the way to the room with washing machine and other thing for cleaning, washing, drying the linen and so on.

Each bedroom has a bedroom set with queen size beds. The towels and bed linen are always clean fresh. From the bedroom with white sofa on our photo there is an entrance to the balcony with a nice view onto Alexandroskyy Avenue and book market вЂ“ famous as вЂњBookвЂќ.
So as you see there are 8 sleeping places (4 couples)
