The flat is situated on the ground floor of the house located in the very center of Odessa. The entrance to the house is from the yard here you can park a car if necessary. The way to the City Garden is near the house from this very street - Gavannaya; 50 meters to Deribasovskaya Street, restaurant Steakhouse.
The location is just perfect – the very heart of Odessa with most of sightseeing, park, the National Opera House, bars, restaurants, shops, seaport. About 15 minutes to Shevchenko Park and Lanheron beach, Dolphinarium.

This a modern recently renovated apartment equipped with new furniture, modern electronics. Total area is 65 square meters. It consists of a studio living room and 2 separate bedrooms. The living room has 2 zones: kitchen with all necessary household appliances and ling room zone with a pull out sofa which can be transformed and used as quite a comfortable queen size bed. One bedroom has a queen size bed with orthopedic mattress, a built-in wardrobe and LCD TV.
The other bedroom has also a queen size bed and a big wardrobe.
The bathroom is combined.
There is everything a guest may need for a comfortable stay. The maximum guest to live is 4 persons.
