This flat is situated on the 2nd floor of the house located in the very center of Odessa city near the Opera House, Pimorskyy Boulevard, City Mayer’s Hall, and Deribasovskaya Street.
From the yard you come to common entrance, which has a coded lock.
The apartment is really nice and comfy but the common entrance is far from nice condition and view. It is safe but needs some renovation
