This apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of an old house. The way to the entrance is through a nice, quiet courtyard. The balcony of the apartment is facing the yard.

Description:

A spacious 2 level apartment with 4 meters high ceilings and is situated in an old house in the city center.
From the very entrance we are in a big corridor 2 meters wide and 5 meters long on the left from which we enter a large 35 square meters room with a way to the balcony and a real fireplace. There is a pull out sofa in the room. From this room up by the stairs we are coming to the 2nd level with a bedroom that has a queen size bed and a bathroom with a washbasin and flush toilet.
When we are going further from the entrance by the corridor we are coming in a studio-kitchen with a pull out sofa, and one more bathroom with a bath and a built-in shower.
Every room has the air conditioner and also nice furniture.
